Summary

Add tool-fs, tool-process, and tool-webfetch packages for read/write/edit, shell/process/python execution, and web fetching, each with unit tests.
Add server tools for artifacts, memory, planning (todo_write/ask_user), scheduling, and subagents, and wire them into the kernel tool registry.
Persist memories and schedules in SQLite and add a cron runner that starts scheduled conversations.
Web UI: render ask_user question cards, todo checklists, and result images/artifacts, with new Assistant settings sections for memories and schedules.
Mobile UI: answer questions, show todo checklists, and open/share artifact images and files via the share sheet.
Add API endpoints and helpers, including /api/questions/:callId and attachment base64 fetch.

Testing

Added unit tests for tool-fs, tool-process, tool-webfetch, kernel/agent, server/cron, store-sqlite/store, and mobile chat for the new parsing/rendering helpers.
Not run: full suite, lint, and typecheck.
